The 2006 Royal Rumble winner Rey Mysterio kicked off the match at No. 1 against Penta, leading to a fiery luchador showdown before Chad Gable entered at No. 3. Carmelo Hayes (No. 4) quickly formed a brief alliance with Gable, who suffered a knee scare mid-match, followed by Santos Escobar entering at No. 5. Otis (No. 6) provided a powerhouse display and brawled with his former partner Gable until Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker arrived at No. 7, eliminating Hayes and Escobar in rapid succession.
Drama unfolded at No. 8 when an incoming Akira Tozawa was ambushed backstage by Hayes. Raw GM Adam Pearce and Paul “Triple H” Levesque drafted social media star iShowSpeed as a surprise last-minute replacement. After scoring a surprising assist to eliminate Otis, iShowSpeed was leveled by a brutal Spear from Breakker, who tossed him over the top rope into Otis’s arms, leading to a splash through the announce table.
The mid-game sequence brought a flurry of heavy hitters: Sheamus (No. 9), Jimmy Uso (No. 10), and Andrade (No. 11). Jacob Fatu (No. 12) dominated upon entry by executing double Samoan Drops and clearing Gable, Mysterio, and Andrade in rapid succession. Ludwig Kaiser (No. 13) attempted to stall at ringside before being swiftly dumped by Penta, while The Miz (No. 14) and TNA Heavyweight Champion Joe Hendry (No. 15) made brief impacts.
Roman Reigns entered at No. 16, immediately executing Spears to eliminate The Miz, Sheamus, and Hendry, before enduring a ferocious battle with Breakker, whom Reigns managed to toss. Jimmy Uso was subsequently eliminated by Fatu, leaving Fatu and Reigns to lock eyes. The match continued with entries from Drew McIntyre (No. 17), Finn Bálor (No. 18), US Champion Shinsuke Nakamura (No. 19), and “Main Event” Jey Uso (No. 20), with Bálor eliminating Penta and Jey eliminating Nakamura.
AJ Styles returned at No. 21, followed by Braun Strowman (No. 22), who eliminated a chaotic Fatu. John Cena made his highly anticipated entry at No. 23 to kick off his retirement tour, dumping Strowman before throwing Bálor to the floor with an Attitude Adjustment. Generations collided as CM Punk (No. 24) joined Cena and Reigns in the ring, followed by Seth “Freakin” Rollins (No. 25), “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio (No. 26), Sami Zayn (No. 27), Damian Priest (No. 28), LA Knight (No. 29), and Logan Paul (No. 30).

A chaotic final phase saw Priest eliminate Dominik before being eliminated by LA Knight, who was dumped by Styles. Logan Paul then eliminated Styles, while McIntyre was taken out by Priest right before his own exit. In a sudden twist, CM Punk dumped both Rollins and Reigns simultaneously, only for Logan Paul to eliminate Punk from behind. An enraged brawl ensued outside the ring between Rollins, Punk, and Reigns.
The final three competitors were John Cena, Logan Paul, and Jey Uso. After a quick clash, Cena lifted Paul for an Attitude Adjustment, allowing Jey to superkick Paul out of the air and Cena to send him over the top rope. Cena and Jey Uso then engaged in an intense final duel for the WrestleMania 41 main event spot. After trading heavy maneuvers and brawling on the ring apron, Jey delivered a final superkick to knock Cena off the apron, securing the monumental victory.
