The wrestling match begins with Drew McIntyre and LA Knight exchanging early waist-lock takedowns and slaps. After returning to their feet, Drew lands a shoulder tackle, but LA Knight quickly retaliates with a back elbow and a backdrop, resulting in a near-fall. A chest chop and a series of right hands from Drew follow, though LA Knight manages to sidestep an incoming attack, sending Drew tumbling to the outside. When LA Knight pursues him, Drew shoves him off and re-enters the ring, hanging LA Knight up on the ropes before leveling him with a shoulder tackle that knocks him into the outer barricade. LA Knight narrowly beats the referee’s count back into the ring, where Drew immediately drops him with a brainbuster for a two-count. Drew then traps LA Knight in the corner, unloading with chops, punches, and kicks, but LA Knight counters an attempted suplex with a suplex of his own.
LA Knight gains momentum by executing a Russian leg sweep and a jumping neckbreaker, pinning Drew for another near-fall. Drew cuts off the assault with a Glasgow Kiss headbutt, but his subsequent attempt at a Future Shock DDT is reversed into a rollup pin by LA Knight. After kicking out, Drew suffers a leaping elbow drop from the top rope, which once again yields a two-count. LA Knight attempts his BFT finisher, but Drew lands on his feet and escapes to the ring apron. LA Knight trips Drew, sending him crashing back outside, and slams Drew’s hand against the announce table.
As LA Knight throws Drew into the ring, the referee’s attention is momentarily occupied. Taking advantage of the distraction, Solo Sikoa appears at ringside and strikes LA Knight with a Samoan Spike before rolling him into the ring. A bewildered Drew prepares to capitalize with a Claymore Kick, but Damian Priest suddenly emerges and pulls Drew outside, hurling him into the barricade. The referee immediately calls for the bell, ending the match in chaos following the double interference.
