WWE United States Championship Match – LA Knight (c) vs. Santos Escobar 2024-11-22

Before the match even officially begins, the arena lights go dark as a video message from Shinsuke Nakamura plays. Speaking in Japanese, Nakamura warns LA Knight that this moment marks the beginning of his end. Taking advantage of the distraction, Santos Escobar attacks LA Knight from behind, forcing the referee to step in and restore order before ringing the match bell.

Once the action is underway, LA Knight immediately takes control with a clothesline. However, Escobar quickly turns the momentum by tripping Knight across the ropes, sending him tumbling to the outside, and following up with a daring splash over the top rope. Following a commercial break, Escobar maintains his assault, landing a floating senton from the top rope, though Knight manages to kick out of the pin attempt.

When Escobar tries to throw Knight out of the ring, Knight catches himself on the apron, counters with a shoulder tackle, and fires back with a series of punches and a neck breaker. Escobar kicks out of the subsequent pin attempt and attempts to set Knight up on the top turnbuckle. Knight fights him off with a headbutt, sending Escobar crashing to the canvas. As Knight prepares to execute an elbow drop, Nakamura appears at the top of the entrance ramp, creating a critical distraction.

Escobar capitalizes on the interruption, tripping Knight off the turnbuckle, executing a hurricanrana, and immediately following it up with a top-rope frog splash. Attempting to finish the match, Escobar lifts Knight onto his shoulders, but Knight slips off, lands firmly on his feet, and plants Escobar with the BFT (Blunt Force Trauma). Knight hooks the leg, secures the pinfall, and claims the victory despite the heavy interference.

Winner: Still WWE United States Champion, LA Knight
