The match begins with Carmelo Hayes attempting to attack both Jacob Fatu and LA Knight, but Fatu quickly takes control by knocking Hayes down. Knight capitalizes by dumping Fatu to the outside, then executes a jumping body slam and a leaping elbow drop on Hayes. Fatu breaks up the pin attempt, tosses Knight outside, and headbutts him before hurling him into the barricade. When Hayes tries to fight back, Fatu overpowers him and sends him crashing into Knight against the barrier. Fatu attempts a crossbody onto both opponents, but they dodge, causing Fatu to crash hard onto the concrete floor.
Returning from the commercial break, Fatu remains dominant in the ring, landing a headbutt on Knight and launching Hayes across the squared circle. Fatu attempts a running hip attack on Knight, but Knight side-steps the impact. Although Knight tries to build momentum off the ropes, Fatu quickly recovers and levels him with a shoulder tackle. Moments later, Knight misses a splash on Hayes, allowing Hayes to connect with a springboard attack on Fatu. However, Fatu pops right back up and halts Hayes’s momentum with a pop-up Samoan drop. Knight quickly responds with a neckbreaker on Fatu, but Fatu kicks out of the cover.
As Knight attempts to hit the BFT on Fatu, Hayes intervenes with First 48 on Knight, though Knight kicks out of the following pin attempt. Hayes climbs to the top turnbuckle, but Knight shoves him to the outside, where Fatu catches Hayes and slams him into the ring steps. Knight then executes a springboard crossbody off the middle rope, wiping out Fatu on the outside and sending both men onto the announce table.
Hayes recovers first, throws Knight back into the ring, and lands his signature Nothing But Net. Just as Hayes goes for the pinfall, Fatu crashes down with a senton off the top rope to break it up. Fatu then hits a hip attack, a spiked DDT, and a moonsault on Hayes to seal the victory. However, as Fatu covers Hayes, Knight drags Fatu out of the ring to steal the pinfall for himself, securing the win.
Winner: LA Knight
