Before the match begins, CM Punk comes out to join the commentary team. Punk will face the winner of this Battle Royal for the vacant World Heavyweight Championship.
Once the bell rings, the action quickly breaks down as all competitors trade blows. Otis shows early dominance by slamming multiple opponents, but his run ends after pulling off his shirt to face Rusev; despite delivering an avalanche, Otis is eliminated when Rusev pulls down the top rope. Rusev then quickly eliminates Tozawa after kicking him down. The match continues at a frantic pace as Bálor and McDonagh team up to push Lee off the top rope during a springboard attempt. Shortly after, Mysterio capitalizing on a distraction pushes both Rusev and Penta off the apron to eliminate them both.
Following a commercial break, Ivar powers through Jimmy Uso and AJ Styles with repeated seated sentons. He meets Sheamus in a heavy-hitting brawl. Sheamus manages to drop Ivar onto the apron, knees him, and hits a brutal White Noise directly onto the apron to eliminate Ivar. Elsewhere, Americano loads his mask with a metal plate, causing Jey Uso to hurt his hand when punching it. However, The Usos team up to hit Americano with a 1D and toss him out.
Sheamus continues his strong performance by eliminating McDonagh and using the 10 Beats of the Bodhrán to knock Bálor off the apron to the floor. Taking advantage of the chaos, Kingston sneaks up from behind and eliminates Sheamus. An enraged Sheamus brawls with The Judgment Day on the outside, completely distracting all the referees. During this commotion, Styles eliminates Mysterio, though Mysterio re-enters due to the referee distraction and tries unsuccessfully to eliminate Styles.
After another ad break, Styles avoids elimination by skinning the cat and goes on to fight Kingston. When Kingston attempts a springboard, Styles catches him and dumps him onto the apron. Kingston’s arm gets trapped in the ropes, causing him severe pain, before Styles knocks him down to eliminate him. Meanwhile, LA Knight hits Jimmy Uso with a top-rope elbow drop, prompting CM Punk on commentary to mock Knight’s logic after Knight briefly applies an inverted Boston Crab—a submission move useless in a Battle Royal.
As the field thins, The Usos hit a mid-air superkick on Styles and eliminate him. The match reaches its final four competitors: LA Knight, Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, and Rey Mysterio. Jimmy clotheslines Knight over the top rope, where both men get tangled. In a surprising turn, Jey pushes his own brother, Jimmy, along with Knight, over the top rope to eliminate both. Mysterio immediately tries to capitalize, dropkicking Jey into the ropes to setup a 619, but Jey counters with a back body drop over the top rope to eliminate Mysterio and win the Battle Royal.
