Drew McIntyre and LA Knight kicked off the Elimination Chamber match with intense physicality, trading chops, suplexes, and strikes both inside the ring and against the outer chain wall. McIntyre mocked the injured CM Punk before Knight fought back, driving McIntyre into Logan Paul’s and Kevin Owens’ pods.
Kevin Owens entered next, executing a chokeslam on Knight to fulfill a promise to a young fan. Owens maintained control with high-flying moves like a frog splash, continuously taunted Randy Orton and Logan Paul while they waited in their pods, and fought McIntyre and Knight on the top rope.
Bobby Lashley joined the fray fourth, overpowering McIntyre and Owens despite his taped-up right elbow. Lashley dominated with suplexes, heavy attacks against the chain wall, and a spinebuster to McIntyre before trading near-falls with Knight and Owens.
Randy Orton entered fifth, immediately making an impact with a draping DDT on the chamber floor, though his pre-existing back injury visibly plagued him throughout the bout. Lashley went on a rampaging clothesline spree against all opponents before accidentally driving his shoulder into the ring post.
United States Champion Logan Paul entered last. Owens instantly ambushed him, smashing Paul through a pod, but Lashley took control shortly after, spearing Paul through another pod. Despite his dominance, Lashley’s injured arm prevented him from locking in the Hurt Lock, leaving him vulnerable to a surprise Claymore Kick from McIntyre, making Lashley the first participant eliminated.
Chaos escalated as AJ Styles illegally invaded the chamber after Lashley’s exit. Styles brutally attacked LA Knight with a steel chair and executed a Styles Clash onto the chair, allowing McIntyre to pin and eliminate Knight.

Owens continued his assault on the remaining competitors, hitting a Swanton Bomb on Orton and landing a Stunner on Paul. However, after Owens attempted a maneuver on Orton, the Viper countered with a swift RKO to eliminate Owens from the match.
With only McIntyre, Orton, and Paul remaining, Orton fought through intense back pain to battle McIntyre. Paul attempted to capitalize by entering the ring with brass knuckles, but Orton caught him out of nowhere with an RKO to eliminate the United States Champion.
Down to the final two, Orton landed a draping DDT on McIntyre and set up for a punt or strike, but collapsed in pain. McIntyre prepared for a Claymore, only for Orton to suddenly spring up and hit an RKO. Before Orton could make the winning cover, an eliminated Logan Paul struck Orton with a fistful of brass knuckles. McIntyre crawled over, covered Orton for the three-count, and secured the victory to earn a World Heavyweight Championship match against Seth “Freakin” Rollins at WrestleMania XL.
